Drifting Turtle ("we", "us") is operated by Bonsai Group, LLC, Virginia, USA. We make spreadsheet tools for solo businesses and sell them as digital downloads on Etsy.
What we collect
- Etsy orders. When you buy from our Etsy shop, Etsy shares the order details we need to fulfil it (such as your name, the item and the order date). Etsy's own privacy policy covers how Etsy handles your data.
- Messages. If you message us on Etsy or email us, we keep the message so we can answer it.
- Our own social accounts. We use official tools from platforms such as Pinterest to publish and manage posts on our own accounts. Through those tools we access only our own account, boards, pins and their basic statistics. We do not collect information about people who view or save our pins.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not use your information for advertising profiles.
- Our spreadsheet files do not collect or send any data. Everything you type into them stays on your own device or in your own account.
How long we keep it
Order and message records are kept as long as needed for customer support, tax and legal records, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing hello@driftingturtle.com or messaging us on Etsy.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
